ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

and is governed by its administrative Board Members.
Panos Konstantopoulos
President
Panos Konstantopoulos is the President of Kaizen Foundation, the international charitable organization financed exclusively by Kaizen Gaming, and Vice President of Stoiximan, the largest sports betting and online casino provider in Greece and Cyprus.
With more than 17 years of experience in the online gaming sector, Panos joined Kaizen Gaming from day one and has helped the company grow from 5 employees to over 2,400. Panos Konstantopoulos and his team have contributed to the development of both Kaizen Gaming brands, Stoiximan and Betano, the company’s expansion to four continents, and have materialized various CSR initiatives, as well as sponsorships with some of the biggest brands in football.
Panos earned his International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and received his MSc in Information Science and Technology from the Ionian University.
Pavlos Kanellopoulos
Treasurer
Pavlos Kanellopoulos has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. He began his career in 1996 at the International Banking Division of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in London. Since 2003, Pavlos has served as CFO at various corporations listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and NYSE, operating in diverse sectors such as manufacturing, shipping and TMT.
In 2017, Pavlos was appointed CFO at Kaizen Gaming, a Greece based online gaming operator, ranked as one of Europe’s top e-gaming platforms. In parallel, Pavlos also serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Audit Chair at Optima Bank.
Mr. Kanellopoulos studied Economics and holds a BSc from the Athens University of Economics, an MSc from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics.
David Magri
Secretary
David Magri is a member of the board of administrators and entrusted with the role of company secretary for the Kaizen Foundation.
David has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary and corporate services industry. He is fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian.
His expertise lies in the setup and administration of Maltese and international entities, including companies, trusts, and foundations.
He has been appointed as a board member and acted as company secretary for several entities within various industries.
