The Kaizen Foundation inaugurated a 5×5 football field in Chalki, a small remote Greek island.

This is the first ever football field on the island, aiming to promote social inclusion, making sports accessible to all the residents of Chalki, while instilling the values of sports, such as teamwork, healthy competition, and mutual respect in the 61 children living there.

The Kaizen Foundation undertook the entire cost of creating the new facility, amounting to €35,000.

The project was initiated in collaboration with Symplefsi, a Non-Profit Organization, which aims to improve the living conditions of inhabitants of remote Greek islands through volunteer actions, including medical examinations and infrastructure projects.

The Kaizen Foundation together with the “Doctors for Romania” Association announced the completion of a major renovation at the Pitesti Pediatric Hospital, modernizing the section intended for the treatment of serious cases for children up to three years old.

The hospital is the largest of its kind in the area, also serving the counties of Argeș, Vâlcea, and Dâmbovița, and provides medical care to over 30,000 children every year.

The Kaizen Foundation has been the main donor of the project, its first in Romania, contributing €350,000.

The renovation covered an area of over 1,100 square meters, providing a safe, clean, and modern environment for the children, facilitating speedier recovery and completion of treatment.

Kaizen Foundation takes pride in spearheading the ongoing €3.8 million renovation of Penteli Children’s Hospital in Athens. With a profound commitment to the well-being of children, Kaizen Foundation is the sole driving force behind this transformative project.

The initiative encompasses the complete overhaul of critical hospital facilities, including operating rooms, hospital rooms, outpatient clinics, and laboratories.

As a testament to our global vision, the Kaizen Foundation aims to replicate such impactful projects in all countries where we operate.

Together, we embark on a journey to elevate Penteli Children’s Hospital in Athens into a beacon of hope and healing for children in need.
