Founded in 1980, Ashoka is an international non-profit that identifies and supports individuals with innovative ideas to address major social challenges, including poverty, education, environmental protection and human rights.

Its global network of Fellows enables Ashoka to empower changemakers to develop and scale solutions with lasting social impact.

Through this partnership, the Kaizen Foundation is strengthening Ashoka’s global ecosystem by supporting two new Fellows in Portugal and Romania, contributing to the Social Entrepreneur Support System that enables them to collaborate and grow, and sustaining Ashoka’s global backbone platform, ensuring long-term support for Fellows and the communities they serve.
