Kaizen Foundation supports Enseña por Colombia, an organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities and developing future leaders across Colombia.

For more than a decade, the organization has reached over 150,000 students across 20 regions through a network of more than 900 exceptional professionals who teach in underserved communities and drive lasting change in the education system. Beyond the classroom, 86% of program alumni continue working in education or social impact, extending the organization’s long-term impact.

The organization’s results demonstrate meaningful improvements in student learning: 58% of participating students improved their academic performance. Independent studies by Harvard University, the World Bank, Teach For All, and Universidad de los Andes have also found that students supported by Enseña por Colombia achieve stronger learning outcomes, particularly in highly vulnerable communities.
