In December 2025, Kaizen Foundation delivered to the Ministry equipment that includes ten (10) communication and interconnection systems with drones, which can be rapidly deployed and meet the needs of the Fire Department at any point in the territory, as well as one (1) Autonomous Fire Surveillance and Detection Tower Station (LAST), which will be placed in a mountainous area at the suggestion of the Fire Department.

Through the use of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, optical and thermal imaging and satellite connectivity, the new systems with which Civil Protection is strengthened allow not only the timely detection, but also the geolocation of fire outbreaks in real time. This gives Fire Department’s personnel the ability to intervene directly and targetedly even in remote or inaccessible areas.
